National Antitrust Commission eliminates procedures and homoclaves in the Citizen Portal for administrative simplification (Agreement CNA-415-2026).

On October 21, 2026, the Plenary of the National Antimonopoly Commission (CNA) announced in the Official Gazette of the Federation Agreement No. CNA-415-2026, which orders administrative simplification and improvement actions aligned with the National Law to Eliminate Bureaucratic Procedures (LNETB).

The measure eliminates various records and homoclaves from the Single Citizen Portal of Procedures and Services by determining that they corresponded to internal procedural stages, incidents or accessory actions that do not constitute independent or isolated procedures.

Objective and Legal Basis:

  • Legal framework: Based on Articles 25 and 28 of the Political Constitution, the Federal Economic Competition Law (LFCE) and the National Law to Eliminate Bureaucratic Procedures (LNETB).
  • Technical justification: Article 3, section XXXV of the LNETB establishes that a procedure is only the request or delivery of information to access a right, fulfill an obligation or obtain an expected benefit. The deleted records were mere procedural stages of a mandatory, comprehensive and sequential nature, so they did not need to be managed as independent procedures.
