Specialist in administrative litigation from UNAM and the Federal Court of Administrative Justice.

Daniel Antonio Bahena Luviano

Bachelor of Laws from UNAM.

Specializing in Tax Law.
Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration (ICC/Free Law School).

Experience as an advisor in the public and private sectors in administrative and business matters.
He has participated as a legal representative before the Investigating Authority in antidumping investigations in Mexico, also collaborating with the private sector in the preparation of forms and legal defense.
She is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Business Law at UNAM.
